2025 Admissions Timeline

Phase 1: Applications Open

July 1 - August 31, 2024

Online and in-person applications accepted for Grade R and other grades (subject to availability).

Phase 2: Document Submission

September 1 - 30, 2024

Submit required documents to complete application:
• Birth certificate (certified copy)
• Latest school report
• Proof of residence
• Immunization card (Grade R)

Phase 3: Placement Offers

October 15 - November 15, 2024

Placement letters sent to successful applicants. Waiting lists established if needed.

Phase 4: Registration & Orientation

January 13-17, 2025

Final registration, uniform fitting, and orientation week for new learners.

Eligibility Criteria

  • ✓ Residence in Embo Reserve catchment area (priority given)
  • ✓ Age requirement: Grade R - turning 5 or 6 by June 30, 2025
  • ✓ Completed previous grade (for Grade 1-7 applications)
  • ✓ Space availability in requested grade level

Required Documents

  • • Original birth certificate (with certified copy)
  • • Latest school report (Grades 1-7)
  • • Proof of residence (utility bill or lease agreement)
  • • Parents' ID documents (certified copies)
  • • Two recent passport photos of learner
